2025 ANNUAL MEETING
ONLINE BALLOT

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.  Each unit may cast only ONE Ballot per household, either by paper Ballot by mail/personal delivery OR by completing the form below. The Association honors (only) the most recent Ballot submitted on behalf of home/lot.
2.  Voting is optional but the required information is mandatory in order to count your Ballot towards quorum.
3.  Please review the Candidate Statements then scroll down to complete the voting section.
4.  The deadline for Ballot submission is 6:30pm on May 22, 2025.

REQUIRED INFORMATION:  The following information is required in order to submit your ballot via this online voting form.  This information is used to validate ownership and voting rights as per the HOA's governing documents.  
    Exactly as it appears on title, please enter the person(s) or entity that owns the lot/home for which you're submitting this ballot. Each lot/home may vote only once. If multiple votes are submitted for a single lot/home, the Association will honor the most recent ballot
    Enter the email address and/or phone number on record with the HOA. This helps to confirm your identity.
    Enter the street address of the Kendall Yards lot/home for which you're submitting this ballot.

    VOTING SECTION:  Please review the following actions subject to member vote then vote accordingly.  While the above "required information" section is mandatory to count your home/lot towards quorum, voting is not.  If you submit this voting form without casting a vote in the space below, your ballot will be counted towards quorum only.

    ACTION FOR VOTE: BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION
    THREE (3) Director Seats are up for election this year.  Candidate biographies are linked above.  Please review the nominee(s) then cast your vote as directed below.

    ​Each lot/home may select no more than THREE (3) candidates. Check the box adjacent to the candidate's name for which you wish to cast your vote.  If your candidate's name does not appear below, you may type their name(s) in the designated Write-In Candidate space(s).

    ACTION for VOTE: ANNUAL AUDIT WAIVER 
    ​
    Pursuant to RCW 64.38.045, the Association’s financial reports must be audited annually unless 67% of a quorum vote to waive the audit requirement. The option to waive is intended to offer relief from expenses related to audit preparation, should the Membership so choose. In 2024, the anticipated expenditure for audit preparation was $2,500, which is funded through Member assessments. Considering this, do you want the HOA to budget and contract for audit of the 2025 financial report?
